We currently offer the following International shipping methods:

1. USPS First Class International (10-14 business days after processing): $15
2. USPS Priority Mail Express (3-5 business days after processing): $55
3. USPS Global Express (1-3 business days after processing): $95

Customs and Duties: It is important to understand that if duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. Postage is charged to cover the expense of delivery only. Postage does not cover charges assessed by customs in the destination country. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties, taxes, and fees in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the item sent is dutiable and if the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. Each country assesses customs, duties, and taxes. Check the World Customs Organization website for general information, or visit the website of that country's customs service. If an item is refused, all original shipping costs will be charged to the original receiver of the goods, including but not limited to and from receiver and any duties/taxes incurred.

Order Status
Most items are shipped within 48 hours of placing the order. You may check your order status on our website by logging in to your account or you can email our Customer Service at: [email protected] if you have questions regarding the status of your order.

Processing Times

We process orders daily, and with few exceptions, ship them out within 48 hours of their receipt. Delivery time does not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Typically orders placed after 12pm P.S.T. will be processed the next business day. When delivery is delayed for any reason, or a partial shipment is made, we will send you a confirmation of your order with an anticipated delivery date.

Backorders/Sold Out: Regardless of how professionally we anticipate our inventory needs, there are times when merchandise is backordered or sold out. If an item you order is backordered or sold out, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to change the order, cancel the order or wait for the merchandise to arrive.

International orders may only be paid for using PayPal. For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the billing information on the credit card provided. Please note that we operate a 256 Bit SSL Secure Checkout, secured by GeoTrust for your protection and ours.

Full price merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Sale merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Upon receipt of items, customer will receive refund less the price of original shipping and return postage. Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be returned in exchange for Hipsters for Sisters Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the current selling price of the items returned. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or cleaned. All tags must be attached. Please note, we do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales are final. Upon receipt of returned goods, Hipsters for Sisters reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. The customer is required to pay shipping on return orders sent from outside the U.S.
